Can I ask what kind of AR is in it? Is it just AR a little or a full regression to like a kid/baby and is it shown or implied?

The AR is all the way to unbirth, and is the focus of the final two pages of the comic. The regression stages shown are adult to mid-teens, then a between-pages skip from early teen to infant, then into a womb they go.
