There is a legend, that deep, DEEP in the dense trees of the Amazon rain forest, lives an undocumented tribe, long lost to the outside world. The story says that the tribe was a special class in the Incan empire: those who were blessed by the nature goddess, Pachamama to be the apex predators of the land. Those warrior women capable of devouring another human whole and alive. They are called the Mikhuna Runa, which roughly translates to “Digesting Ones”. These chosen ones were originally revered among the Incan population for fending off invading tribes with ease, however they were inevitably exiled when they to feast on the empire’s populous as well. And so they went deep into the vast jungle, and they built a grand city, carved into the land itself, and they named it “Wiksa”. Since then they have been incredibly secretive, and are the main cause behind the disappearance of people who journey too far into the jungle.
That’s how the legend goes at least.
Madeline and Emily were two anthropologists about 30 years old, and they had been all around the world studying different cultures, from the plains of Africa to the tundras of Alaska. Madeline had long, bright red hair and was very... well endowed. She stood at around 5’10 and was never able to find any kind of adventuring clothes that could properly contain her breasts, and she loved to wear high cut shorts, despite the climate. Emily, on the other hand, was much more modest. She was very thin, barely any curves on her body at all, and stood at a measly 4’9. She more often wore heavier, more practical clothing, such as coats and layered pants. To top it all off, she had short, jet black hair, with a prominent pair of glasses resting on her cute nose.
They both loved their work; they were endlessly fascinated by learning all about new peoples, and learning about what life is like for those not living in the modern world. Eventually, however, they realized something: they would be forgotten. They reasoned that their work would be lost to time, they weren’t special. Their work was to be melded together with all the other anthropologists who’ve gone to study one tribe or another, and that terrified them. One day, however, they found the one thing that could make them go down in history forever. The pair was on vacation in Rio de Janeiro. It was cold in England, and they needed a much deserved getaway. While there, though, they decided to take a visit to a local history museum just for fun. It was there that they learned of the legendary Mikhuna Runa, and it was at that moment, they both simultaneously declared finding the lost tribe as their new career goal, confident that they would find the tribe and live to tell the tale.
....Months Later.....
“Okay Em, hold on a second, I just... need to take a little break”
“Yeah, good idea Maddie. The map is basically useless at this point. It literally just says that there are ‘an absurd amount of tree s’. So who knows what we’ll need our strength for.”
Madeline sat down on top of a fallen tree trunk and rustled through her backpack for the pair’s lunch: an MRE. She took it out of the packaging and poured water into the heater, then set it down on a nearby log to let it cook.
“So, how much do we know about this tribe anyway?” Madeline asked
“Not much of anything really. We know they were some type of priest class for the Incans, that’s basically it. We don’t even know if they’re alive at all, so we should be prepared to take some archeological samples of whatever remains in case their city is long dead. You have room in your backpack, right?”
“Yep!” Madeline replied, “We can probably fit a good amount of pottery and fabrics in here, but I’m SO hoping they’re still around, and we can see what life was like here long ago without European Influence. We’ll be famous!”
Emily grinned and bounced excitedly in place, she was sure they were going to find it that day or the next. All of the movement, however, caused a distressed groan to come from her midsection.
“Ohhh.... I’ve gotta go take a shit... Watch my stuff for me, okay Maddie?”
“Yeah sure, whatever. Just don’t go get eaten by some snake or something” Maddie said jovially, followed by a quick punch to the arm from Emily, “Ow... sorry...”
And with that, Emily dropped her bags and walked out into the lush jungle, looking for a nice secluded spot to do her business. Meanwhile, Maddie tended to their small section of jungle, setting up a little spot for the pair to eat once food was ready. But after about 5 minutes, Maddie found her eyelids getting heavier. “I’m sure she won’t mind if I take a little nap while she’s gone...” she said reassuringly to herself.
Time passed. Seconds turned to minutes, and minutes turned to hours. Maddie groggily opened up her eyes, murmuring, “Hey Em, the food ready?”. It was only once she fully opened her eyes, and hoisted herself up from the log she was resting on, that she realized something: Emily hadn’t come back. “Emily!?” She cried out into the dense jungle, hoping to get a reply of some kind...... No answer. “EMILY!!!!!” She screamed again, louder this time. Still no answer. Maddie huffed angrily, “I swear to god... why does she prank me like this when I’m already on edge...”. She left both of their bags at their ‘camp’, and walked in the direction Emily had walked. She was quietly cursing Emily under her breath until she looked up and realized something else: It was much later than she had thought. While still bright, the smallest fringes of sunset vibrancy could be seen dotting the skyline. By looking at the sun, Maddie concluded it was about 7:00, a good 4 or so hours after Emily had gone to do her business in the woods. After this realization, Maddie began to panic. Her breathing quickened and she began to burst into a sprint, “EMILLLY!!!!!” she screamed, once more to no reply.
Madeline ran on through the endless jungle for what felt to her like hours, but in reality was more to the effect of 10 minutes, in search of her friend, but found nothing. She eventually stopped her sprint, completely out of breath and with aching muscles. While stopping to breathe, she took a good look at her surroundings: trees in every direction, unsure of exactly which way she even came from. Madeline heard a snap underneath her boot, and lifted her foot up to check what made the sound, only to gasp in horror and fall backwards onto her behind. On the ground staring back at her was Emily’s iconic horn-rimmed glasses, shattered in one lens by the weight of Madelines boot. Madeline picked up the spectacles and looked at the side, praying that it wasn’t real; But as she saw Emily’s initials inscribed into the side of the frames, she figured she had a pretty good idea of what had happened.
Madeline threw the glasses on the jungle floor and stood up, nearly falling over herself several times in the process as she was in the midst of a panic attack. Madeline’s heart nearly exploded out of her chest when a large, bronzed arm emerged out of the forest shade, and covered her mouth to hush her. Madeline tried to struggle free, but the unidentified arm was far stronger than it appeared, and restrained Madeline well in place until she eventually ran out of energy and stopped squirming around.
“You wish to find your friend, yes? The tiny one with black hair?”, a deep, accented female voice spoke from behind Madeline as the arm holding her loosened its grip, and uncovered her mouth. Maddie swung around as fast as was humanly possible to see who this mystery woman behind her was.
Madelines jaw dropped in awe at what she saw. Before her stood a massive woman, probably around 7 feet tall. Her skin was a perfect bronze, and her straight, dark hair was neatly kept together by a patterned hairband and a feather. She was almost naked; wearing nothing but a feathered bra to cover her breasts (which thanks to their size threatened to spill past the scant clothing that covered them), and some form of thong combined with a loincloth covering her nether regions. “E-e-Emily’s a-alive?” Asked the awestruck Madeline, unable to believe what she was seeing. The large woman in front of her gave a quick nod, “The tiny one’s name is Emily? Very well. I shall take you to see Emily.” She said sternly, lifting up Maddie like paper in her arms and hoisting her over a bare shoulder as she shrieked in surprise.
Madeline experienced a very... bumpy ride while on the shoulders of the large woman. Her vision was fixed to the thick canopy above her, and her head bounced up and down with every long stride through the forest. Despite her large stature, the mysterious jungle woman traversed the jungle with ease, far faster than Maddie had ever seen a human run. She couldn’t tell exactly because she had to concentrate half her energy on not throwing up from her head jolting up and down, but Madeline felt more like she was riding a cheetah than a person. After what felt like an eternity to her, Madeline suddenly felt her body being pushed onto the ground in a clearing of sorts. The long leaves of the trees still covered the skies hundreds of feet above their heads, but the ground was relatively clear of any kind of flora. Maddie’s head spun, and she lied there regaining her focus for about a minute as the dark skinned woman loomed over her with a stone cold expression. Once Madeline finally came to her senses, though, she was dumbfounded.
Before her very eyes lied what looked like many of the ruins littered across the jungle, but with one key difference; it was populated, it was thriving. There were bustling market places with crowded lines for tools, supplies, cloths: pretty much everything you would expect, with the notable absence of any kind of food market. Madeline also noted a strange pattern among the women in the market: many of them seemed to be heavily pregnant, with at least octuplets, but possibly more. Madeline was sure to inscribe this peculiar trend in her field notebook before her eyes wandered to the biggest structure in the area, and couldn’t believe her own eyes. Directly in front of her stood a massive pyramid-like structure made entirely out of cobblestone. The structure was easily several hundred feet tall, and there were steep stairs leading up to the top point of the building, where rested an ornate golden chair, likely a throne based upon the various large jewels embedded within it, with a blurry figure sitting down upon it. All across the levels of the pyramid and around the base stood many smaller stone buildings, most likely the homes of the various civilians she could see all around the sprawling settlement.
“W-where is this...?” Asked Madeline, despite the fact that she was almost positive of the answer. “You are in Wiksa!” declared the woman ceremoniously, gesturing with wide arms to the city before her.
“Wow!” Madeline said, now assured that she was, in fact, looking at the famed lost city, “So you’re one of the-“
“The Mikhuna Runa.” Interrupted the woman, “My name is Yarqay”
“Oh, H-hello, Yarqay!” Madeline said with a giddy smile, “Wait... how do you... even know English?” She asked
Yarqay smiled and burst out into laughter, “Oh! Well... many travelers have passed through me. I suppose I learned the language through them.”
Madeline raised a brow in response, then giggled herself, “Ohhhh... no no no... I believe the correct phrasing is ‘passed through HERE, not passed through ME’” she snickered, “So I suppose you still need some lessons, hmm? Maybe I could teach you!” Madeline said hopefully, to which Yarqay simply shrugged in response.
“Now, you wish to see your friend... ‘Emily’... Correct?” Asked Yarqay, which illicited a quick and decisive nod from the Anthropologist. “This ‘Emily’ is with our queen, Ch’usaq.” Madeline’s eyes lit up like the sun, “Shes with your queen?! Is she some sort of honored guest or something? What’s your queen like? Is she descended from a god?” Madeline shot out a billion questions at once. In response, Yarqay snickered, and pointed to the top of the massive pyramid structure, “The queen lives there. Her throne sits atop the Chuntu Wasi. Before anybody else gets to claim them, our queen decides if outsiders are worthy of passing through her. I believe she deemed your friend as worthy.” she said with an off-putting grin.
Madeline tilted her head as the pair reached the base of the structure, and began walking up the steps. “So... you keep saying ‘pass through’... what does that mean? Or do you just not know the correct grammar?”
Yarqay once again snickered at the clueless outsider, “Oh no! Passing through somebody is an ancient ritual, we call it ‘Milhuy’. It strengthens the bond between two people, and makes them one in the same.”
“So... Emily was chosen to pass through your queen? That’s such an honor! Oh I can’t wait to see her!” And with that, Madeline began to sprint ahead. She ran past many warrior women armed with spears and swords mguarding the steep stairs. She ran all the way up to the top of the pyramid, when she saw her; the queen.
The queen was gorgeous. Perhaps the most beautiful woman Madeline had ever seen. She looked very distinct from the rest of the Mikhuna Runa. She had long, flowing bright red hair, contrasted with almost all of her other tribeswomen, who had black or brown hair. Her skin wasn’t white by any means, but it was notably fair in comparison to the other women Madeline had seen in Wiksa. Her poorly covered breasts hung over her chest like two watermelons, and her hips, while squished against the sides of the throne, made it apparent that she had quite a bit of junk in the trunk as well. However, the most interesting thing about the queen’s appearance was her stomach. It was engorged and bulbous, similar to some of the women at the marketplace, only almost twice as big. Her stomach made loud, distorted grumbles and groans and seemed to shift in place. Madeline could have sworn she even heard a soft whimpering coming from underneath the engorged brown sack resting on her lap.
Madeline began to shift uncomfortably. She waved politely at the queen and smiled at her , “Hello Queen Ch’usaq! May I ask... where is my friend?” The queen tilted her head in confusion, unable to understand the English spoken by Madeline. Yarqay leaned in her ear and whispered something in a foreign language, likely translating Madeline’s question, which elicited a hearty laugh from the queen, which was interrupted by a loud, “BWAAAAARP”.
Madeline blinked in shock. Out of the queen’s belching maw flew forth a shiny plastic rectangle through the air, which hit Madeline in the face and slammed on the floor. Slowly, she bent over and picked up the object; it was an IPhone. When she flipped it over and pressed the acid soaked home button the cracked screen lit up, which caused a horrified shriek to come of out Maddie’s mouth and she fell to her bottom. On the screen, clear as day, Madeline saw what she knew to be Emily’s lock screen: a picture of her and Madeline on the beach and posing. Madeline sat there, shaking. She finally put it all together. The large bellies in the marketplace, the words ‘passing through’, Emily’s disappearance, the noises coming from the queens stomach: The queen had swallowed Emily whole.
Madeline thought fast, suddenly frightful and determined to escape the lost city. From her backpack she whipped out her flashlight, heavy and bulky, designed to be able to defend against any wild beasts of the night. She jolted to her feet and whacked a nearby guard directly in her own, much flatter stomach, which caused her to reel over in pain. She flung the heavy flashlight at another nearby guard, that was drawing her spear, causing her to fall to the ground with a loud thud. Madeline turned around to sprint down the stairs, hopeful that she could make it out alive. Until she saw the army of spears pointing up from very angry looking women, blocking the exit through the staircase.
It was over. Madeline had her chance and lost it, barely even harming the guards that she attacked with her flashlight. She put her hands up, and was swiftly tied up using incredibly sturdy rope, and placed down in front of the queen. Madeline wept before the queen, begging her to let Emily out, to spare the lives of the two innocent anthropologists. Her pleas fell on deaf ears, however, as the queen couldn’t understand the requests, nor would she honor them if she could.
Queen Ch’usaq slowly arose from her throne, and the guards soon dispersed, all but Yarqay, the queen, and a tied up Madeline remaining at the top of the pyramid together. As the queen gained her footing with all of the extra weight inside of her, she grinned devilishly. She knelt down before Madeline, and then moved in closer towards her. “This is it” Madeline thought, “She’s going to eat me, I’m going to die.” But the queen had different plans; instead of simply scarring her down, she decided to toy with her. She pressed her bloated belly up against Madelines face. Maddie could distinctly hear each and every part of the digestive process. She heard the gurgles and bubbles as the acid broke down Emily and the remains of whoever else she’d eaten that day. She heard the rush of air up as the queen released one of her foul belches. She heard the churning and burbling as the stomach tried to force clothes and other indigestibles down into her intestines... and... she heard the soft whimpering of Emily, who had long since accepted her fate, and was tired out from crying for hours. Madeline herself began to cry softly, which only grew
In intensity once she heard the stomach groan, and the belly round out with acid. With this, Emily’s soft whimpers turned to drowning bubbles, trying to hold her breath in the chunky soup of her lower body, the air being forced out of her lungs as she rose to the top of the stomach, trying to find any pocket of air left inside of the merciless organ. There was no air left. And soon, the frantic kicking and drowning breaths of Emily turned to silence and stillness. She was dead.
Madelines began fully weeping, her dead friend’s mushed up corpse being right on top of her, concealed under a few mere inches of flesh and acidic juices. Just when she thought it couldn’t get any worse, the queen tightened her grip on Madeline. She pressed her stomach hard against the bound girl, until a sickening crack sounded from inside of her stomach, reverberating inside of the poor girls head as Emily’s spine gave in and was snapped from the pressure of her stomach. The queen relaxed, and then pressed hard again, causing even more morbid cracks and pops to sound from the her acidic guy, as Emily’s skull gave in, alongside many other bones too numerous to count.
And finally, the queen mocked her snack’s demise right in her friends face; she leaned over, past the protruding stomach, and put her gorgeous, blue glossed lips right in front of Madelines nose. She touched the top of her belly with her left hand, and squeezed, causing a bubble of air to pop inside, and set forth the most raunchy, lewd burp Madeline had ever heard in her entire life, all fueled by the dying breaths of her best friend for life.
Madeline sobbed. It was over. She was done. Not only did they already have her, but the queen also felt the need to torment her incessantly before letting her meet her fate. Over the hours, the queen kept up her absolute torture of the Anthropologist, and belly gradually shrunk and constricted on the mangled body until all it resembled was a chunky, fleshy batch of stomach soup. Inevitably, however, she eventually grew bored of playing with Madeline, and took herself off of the poor woman sprawled out on the ground. Her spirit had been broken; she barely even responded when the queen got up, she merely clasped her hands and whimpered softly to herself. The queen then returned to her throne and said a few sentences to Yarqay in their language, which caused Yarqay’s face to light up.
Yarqay approached Madeline suddenly, and opened her mouth wide as if to yawn. Madeline looked at her with no discernible expression, completely drained of any will to live and escape. Yarqay’s gaping maw encircled Maddie’s feet, and Yarqay began to swallow forcefully. She took one big gulp, and Madeline was knee deep into her mouth. Another hearty swallow sent Madelines hips through the ravenous maw, and yet another sent her in to the point that only her shoulders, breasts, and head stuck out. Madeline sighed, “It’s finally over...” she said sorrowfully. And with one final gulp, Madeline’s head was forced into Yarqay’s throat, and her lips sealed shut as she slurped the red hair down like spaghetti.
Madeline fell into the pulsating organ seconds later, half her body already submerged in bubbling acids and bile. Beneath her feet she felt some sharp, pointy objects. She didn’t need any light to know what those were: bones. She realized she wasn’t even Yarqay’s first human snack for the day. She tried to accept her death, and go out quietly, but as the slight discomfort of the acids began to turn to an intolerable burning, and her flesh went from pink to red and began to peel off, she couldn’t help but scream bloody murder and thrash about.
By the time the pain truly began to set in, Yarqay was already in her home. She groaned with slight annoyance at the suddenly frantic girl bouncing about in her stomach. She didn’t want to deal with that annoyance any longer than absolutely necessary. And so she walked into the corner of her room and thrust her belly into the hard stone wall, instantly crushing a good part of Madeline’s bones and killing her. If she was able to think anymore, she would probably realize how lucky she was; Emily had to digest the long way, and by the time she died she was more sludge than human, Madeline had it relatively quick and easy.
Yarqay smiles at the loud crunch her gut made upon impact with the wall, and slammed it a few more times just for good measure. With this, she seemed satisfied, her stomach compressing Madeline down to about the size of a (rather lumpy) beach ball. She stretched for a moment, and walked over to the bedroom of her stone home, lying down and pulling the hide blanket over her and her bulbous stomach, immediately falling into a food coma.
AVAST YE WARY READER! SCAT AND GAS BE AHEAD! YAAARRR!
Queen Ch’usaq was sitting on her throne, when suddenly, she lifted one of her (noticeably larger) cheeks, and let out a rank, wet fart, *PBBBBBLLRT*
With this signal, she knew Emily was done processing in her bowels. She wasted no time in standing up, and turning around to face the throne. She lifted up the seat on the throne to reveal a large, circular hole beneath. Queen Ch’usaq slid her thing down, turned back around, and sat down just as she was before. She squeezed tightly, trying to push the first parts of her meal out. It seemed stuck, and she was worried she was going to be constipated, when the first bit, which was the skull, almost entirely intact, popped loose from her bottom and careened into the abyss inside of the pyramid, landing with a soft squish. After that, the river unleashed itself. Brown mud spewed out of her ass like a fire hose, along with acid bleached, browned and broken bones of the former girl, alongside whatever else was on her at the time, such as shoes and Her mostly melted hat. The queen remained stoic during all of this, despite all of the filth emptying out of her. In fact, the only real way you could tell she was defecating was the smell, and the fact that her stomach was rapidly shrinking. Finally, after a few minutes, the queen let out one final, airy fart, signaling that she was finally finished with Emily. She took a pair of socks that Emily had been wearing that fell off, and wiped her bum with them, before dropping them into the hole in her chair as well. The socks fell on the mushed up remains of their former owner, and slowly began to sink into them. And as Emily’s remains and bones settled in and mixed with the countless other souls piled within the pyramid, the only light shining began to fade, as the queen put the seat back on her throne, only to be taken off the next time she finds an unlucky traveler, or the next time the pyramid fills up.
Madeline faired very differently, however. Yarqay awoke in the morning with an urgent rumbling coming from her lower bowels. She had eaten enough people to know what that meant... Maddie was done processing...
Yarqay walked out of her home, clutching onto her pregnant sized belly as she walked past her fellow tribeswomen to the communal garden. The garden was kept for times of famine, a luscious green trove sporting all kinds of delicious fruits and vegetables. It was used during times when very few travelers came to visit the tribe, and was often fertilized by the remains of those not eaten by the queen.
Yarqay searched for her own personal spot throughout the garden, passing several other women of all ages, from children to adults, relieving themselves of former humans along the way. Eventually she found a nice place that seemingly hadn’t been fertilized in a good while, and she dropped her thong and loincloth to the ground. Yarqay wasted no time in expelling Madeline’s foul body. Madeline had been crushed by the hard stone walls of Yarqay’s home, and as such, there was a lot less solid left of her than of Emily. There were only small speckles of bones and hair littered throughout Yarqay’s dump that would even let you know that it was once a person, otherwise it just looked like she ate a LOT of normal food. With one final push, the very small shards of skull that remained after being crunched away in her stomach popped out of Yarqay’s plump bottom, and she smiled. She took out a t-shirt that she had salvaged from a previous meal, and wiped the last vestiges of Madeline off onto it, sullying the white t-shirt with ugly brown. She nonchalantly tossed the shirt on the rest of the pile, and lifted her limited garments back to cover her body. Yarqay turned around one last time to get a good look at Madeline. All she did was crinkle her nose in disgust and snicker before turning around and leaving the large pile of shit alone, left to fertilize the crops and stink up the jungle. That was the last time she ever thought of Madeline.
SCAT WARNING OVER
Months passed, and nobody had heard from the two girls. Their families in England paid large sums to try and recover the two girls, but they always came back empty handed. The only things ever recovered were the roughly set up and hastily abandoned camp sight they stayed in, and the cracked, horn rimmed glasses that formerly belonged to Emily. Gone without a trace, their families were forced to move on, and the ancient tribe of the Mikhuna Runa remained a myth, and local theories abounded surrounding the mysterious disappearance of those who go too deep into the jungle.

Lovely story! I love amazonian preds, and I love that the queen had a throne built into her toilet, and how casual she was when dumping her prey. I'd love to see more of this tribe!

Awww, Im glad you like it! ^-^ I very well might make a sequel (obviously not a sequel for the explorers though :P ) soon! I need to get back into story writing
