This is a commission from Idpet. It is essentially a flipped scenario of what I posted earlier.

After defeating Edelgard at the Holy Tomb and succeeding in preventing her quick escape, Byleth was tasked to kill Edelgard but couldn't bring herself to do so. Instead, she chose to give her a fate where she could no longer cause trouble.
