I know this is kinda underage but i did my best to keep this as safe as possible.
and as innocent as possible, Cream not realizing what she did to Marine while she was sleeping, though i’m sure she’ll realize later on when she sees her new body, but i can see her just thinking she ate to many snack last night making her fat.

poor Marine digested and forgotten and became small belly fat for Cream.
