Jagras have impressive metabolisms built to keep up with their speed! Even after gorging enough to have their belly sag on the ground, it takes less than a day for prey to be compressed, digested, and absorbed. Our little volunteer here is an excellent example of this process. By this time tomorrow she’ll be on her way to becoming a bigger and stronger Jagras…
