This is Elia the Cheetah, an OC i made some time ago and finally decided to colour.

Elia as you might guess, is a bit of a speedster, using her speed and mobility to get both in and out of trouble. She is in a similar boat as Sly Cooper, in that she sometimes steal things, though she's a bit more on the side of the law then Sly is, so she doesn't steal nearly as often and is a lot more picky and careful when she does. She can be considered both a bit of a flirt and a party girl. Her heart is good, but that doesn't mean she won't throw you out a window if you make her angry.
She does seem to have a little bit of magic, but not a whole lot. So far she's been seen manipulating fire, lightning and sand.
