Bilica had about the various people with living Afros, and she wanted in on the fun, so using her position as a member of the company that gave nikki her powers, she got access to the formula and tipped it on herself

she tested the power on the first person she saw, instantly absorbing them,just like she wanted, she waited for the person to be fully absorbed, hidden from view, as she set out to find and absorb the other living afro users

her first target was bulma, who had been on a streak of absorption, catching tons of people who passed by, and Bilica was right behind her, readying her afro to strike!
