That was genuinely soul crushing to read, all I can say is: :(

Yeah, poor Hannah.

Hopefully Florencia will get the justice she deserves for what she's done.

I honestly hope they cut her open to rescue the people she ate. If they don't I don't really think I can keep reading your stuff. It's too depressing.

No fault to your, your writing is great, but the subject matter is getting to be too much.

Well, given that they saw Mary get eaten, another deep dive to retrieve her isn't out of the question.

Cool, badass spider-man. No relation.
I do wonder why they're trying so hard to take her alive, what with the rubber bullets, you'd think they'd send in an apache or something by this point.

Maybe Iz's old fears of being discovered with an unusual Awakening hold some water after all.

I don't think Han's getting out of this one intact. At least she bought herself a little time before Florencia swallowed her down.

Not the titanic showdown I was half-hoping for, but Spider-Man was a nice surprise. I doubt Florencia would be held down for long, though.

And Han wanted to adopt Jada? I mean, it makes sense to a point: making sure she's actually safe and all that. But I think it might have to do with making good on Abigail's promise. I mean, she'd still be a pet if Jada was formally adopted, right? Everyone wins.

Florencia will be held down long enough to be transferred somewhere more secure. But there is a reason they never tried to outright kill her...

Yep, Han feels obligated both due to the promise and her own past. While not explored, Han doesn't have the best relationship with her biological family, which is why she's so attached to her sister. Jada's situation reminds her too much of Stella when they were younger. To her, it's a chance to right the wrongs.

Does this mean Ericsson is dead?

Yeah, she didn't last long. But Florencia had her fill.
