What to do if you have loads of ideas, not enough time to go ‘detailed’ on them. And with a good enough, vaguely recalled ‘idea’ for a sequel of an earlier idea, along with some twiddling with one day draft concepts? Why, write a sequel. Especially if going by the “Kiriban” logic, it’s gotten a notch more love than sugar free gummy bears. That’s for sure. Let’s just hope this sequel draft is a bit of a higher standard than the “first” number in this arbitrary series.
Maybe in a far-y future, I’d dabble in possible “Hyper eggs”, or ovaries if this spirals long enough. But until then, I’m just throwing baked ideas. That, and ended up cutting some 'extra bits' out, "after show" wise. So you only get what's shown "in camera". Perhaps I'll expand on an 'after show' later, maybe? As a "2.5" on a vastly longer snippet, than the 'first' to it's name?
Also, no age regression is the tone I'm implying here, by expanded muse/whim. Absorption instead. Which I have loose notes on a "side show". That said, my narrative style is in general, to "lean" towards imagination, within due reason.

If going a take on the top of my head, likely take the visual cue of "Hyper Sperm". Or in a lens, instead of penetrative, it'd be absorbent. Of "One person goes in, and then it scales/seals itself" like a sort of literal, 'egg' instead... Before likely mutating into something right out of say, Ending B of Drakengard, possibly?
Alternative is, "it absorbs victims" like a sentient, dangerous blob-like egg. But hey, that's when you turn biology into a predator. ;)

Fun! I’m betting that she has trouble finding a volunteer cameraperson in the future though. I like the detail you put into the ovary/egg absorption here. And I can’t help but wonder whether she’s more or less dangerous during the ovulation period of her menstrual cycle - if she still has that.

Glad you enjoy it! :) That said, in order of whimsical questions;
I don't think she'd find any trouble finding a new cameraperson ('bias' towards a female camera person.) For the same reason (and danger) of freelance workers. Though to be fair, I'd state that on her end, she did *not* want to accidentally absorb that last camera person, in spite of the viewers wishing otherwise. ;)
Second, thanks for liking my take on ovary absorption, just felt that doing it in less an 'age regression' take was long overdue. That said, on ovulation, she'd likely be 'fertile' as normal, if unbirthing doesn't put it in whack. And in advance, none of her 'eggs' carry over any DNA traits from past victims. If anything, the victims entire bodies are digested/converted into more of her DNA Eggs, or 'fed' to make any hypothetical egg more 'healthy' in the long term. Though I've probably did a bit of a hack 'exploration' on that in the 'side sequel' to this snippet.
Suffice to say. Any victim, once trapped in an ovary, bar biological rejection. Is completely integrated, permamently. Unless by some chance, it's something that'd cause a biological upset, over toxicity. And even then, odds are more likely only the 'camera' would be expelled at best, with the remains typically 'gooped' up in a half-stem cell like state, or stuck with excess eggs as a side effect.
If anything. I might make a comment that if going predator 'instinct', the model's side effects is more lust. In a sense of her ovaries wanting to be filled. "Ideally", through sperm so she'd have babies. But they've also developed a bit of a... Predatory taste. To the point of maybe going 'hungry', if not able to absorb a victim for too long...
... And now I have another interesting idea, over a hypothetical "attempted surgery", only for the surgeon to be devoured mid-operation. And possibly everyone else trying to rescue them. But eh, I'll see if that stray thought might linger one day...

That seems fun, though my personal inclination would be that rather than be eliminated, for the victims’ DNA to get integrated into her ovaries as a sort of “library” that she can choose from to design any future babies from. Which would allow for some interesting effects such as the predator getting particularly “hungry” around people that have a lot of traits she hasn’t yet collected.

Mmm, might be interesting viewpoint in another, cell-like lens (especially if 'say', ovaries become sentient? And a craving for absorbing memories/skills and experiences on top?) But either way, 'as it is', I'm still going under the genetic lens of "they no longer exist" once integrated (DNA wise), even 'if' the model tried her best to expel them through ovulation or even, in the "typical" lens of pregnancy and attempted biological reincarnation, it'd end up being "an apple that looks like an orange, but is not an orange" on the inside. That said, in the long run. I'd likely imagine her ovaries being so healthy/'full', it'd likely reflect on her future children, if/when she decides to have a family for a change...
Past that, may imply it later. But she required technology to get this far, for her 'cam shows'. As is, in her current state. Unless it's a shrunk person (or grape, at a push.) She can't realistically unbirth a person without erupting her womb. That said, with 'technology', might consider having a 'snippet' take on it at some point. But no doubt, by that point, it'd likely get a bit more dark in implications.
... Honestly need to consider doing an 'early season' snippet now, on her feeding grapes on camera/etc, and think on how to narrate her 'feeling' her ovaries absorb food, like norishment. As a possibly inherited 'bad habit', in the lens of her ovaries digesting (and potentially gaining 'useful traits') from food/fruit, at the very least.
