Lutro goes out for some candy on Halloween, despite lacking a costume. He happens upon the famous Pikachu Libre, and the two get acquainted with one-another. Before departing to leave, Lutro finds himself quite hungry for a plump Pikachu meal... and can score a Halloween costume to boot!

Probably goes without saying, but this is not a story canon to Explorer Lutro.

This was inspired by a commission I got from Shikaro last Halloween. It's part of the thumbnail, in the story PDF, and uploaded here!
