YES.

There's so much I love about this! The expressions, the curvy girls, the little details (note that the Ttrucilian ship doesn't seem to find these shenanigans to be anything to write home about, while the Earth ship crew is definitely getting a little hot under their collars!)... I've been a Frakass fan for ages, and I simply cannot thank you enough for this.

We are on the same page : I love your short dialogue! I indeed thought to add a line from the Earth ship about getting a camera, but I decided it would add too much text on the pic, and indeed, for Ttrucilians, such CosmoSirens's "behaviours" are nothing noteworthy... or disrupting as they procreate in a rather different way ^^

Yup, but they don't breed this way : New cosmosirens are indeed born from existing ones in a way very similar to humans, but the embryo is generated without fecondation. The first cell of a new cosmosiren is scientifically designed for certain specifications, then generated by the ovaries of the cosmosiren selected to be her mother, and grow in her womb for the next 1 to 5 years, depending her final size. The new cosmosiren is then raised and educated by her mother and specialized tutor Cosmosirens until she's all grown-up and ready to enter active service.
It took around 25 Earth's years to get a new commissioned Cosmosirens, so it's not a surprise they are considered higly valuable assets and are intensely pampered by the Ttrucilian CosmoNavy :-P
All this to say : yup, they have sexual activities, but it's a remnant of they Elvian origin and now it's just for fun.. and the Ttrucilians (who reproduces in a totally different way and doesn't see anything "NSFW" in this behaviour) think it's a good way for them to socialize and keep the fleet mood high :-P
