Part two of Queens of Golarion; Tessa Fairwind, Hurricane Queen of the Shackles, a chain of islands predominantly inhabited by pirates, having downed one of the many, many naval officers that the Empire of Cheliax has sent to attempt to kill her.

She has a really fun outfit to draw, even if her hat was a pain (I actually had to make it much smaller than the official illustration to make it easier).
