Oooh, they are girlfriends! :3 nice to see you developing your charcters' background!
My only nitpick would be about the internal view's panel pointing at the navel, suggesting that the stomach is there, and not at the top of the abdomen. :)

I feel like Rachel is the dominant and cruel pred in the couple, while Sam is the submissive, innocent one. Right?
Also, that tiny in her stomach, wasn't she the one in the red dress from Box? ^^

Yay! I love that you're getting started up with internal shots! Maybe there's a bit of work left to do on scale, maybe it's me but I feel like the tiny is a little big for what seems to be the stomach, idk ^-^".

I saw this lovely picture some time ago when I discovered your awesome gallery but today I just found AN INCREDIBLE LEVEL OF DETAIL. I didn't realized that you put all those marks like hearts and little thing on both girls' irises! Now that's a lot of dedication!!! Outstanding!
