I laughed well upon receiving this one, the image picture three completely different moods/topics: The most visible is the fairy, Yuna, who is using one of Xantos' spikes to please herself (which it looks like a success!).
The dragon himself however, is less than pleased by this and has the most amusing face I ever have seen on a dragon, showing off his annoyance in several ways XD
And if that wasn't bad enough, he must also listen to Elyon's loud complains further below. Give attention to the sound of "Outch" and "aiii's" as she is walking without shoes.
