I'm a trained professional! Haha! Ah, if there's one thing I love, it's baking. Though I've never actually baked a pie (only done fridge ones like banana cream), I've always wanted to try it out.
Anyways, I got the idea for this story while I was at work. I usually sing to myself to pass the time, and, at the moment, the song was "Slice of your Pie" by Mötley Crüe. When I was in the middle of it, the idea of doing a pie-themed story popped into my head! Lightbulb! Although the original idea came from that song, a bit more of the basis came from one of my favorite Spongebob episodes, "Dying for Pie", and what originally started out as a small joke ended up becoming a main plot point for the story!
Getting off track a bit, I wanted to write and publish this story a lot earlier, but I had to do some stuff first. Long story short, my upcoming English Lit. class gave me a big summer assignment (reading and annotating 550 pages worth of two books) that I had six months to work on, but, me being me, I waited until two weeks before it was due to start working on it. The past four days, I've been reading and annotating upwards of 90 pages a day a God-awful book called "How to Read Literature Like a Professor". Sound fun? Trust me, I know what Satan has waiting for me if I go to Hell in the afterlife. Luckily, that book (and 300 pages) are done, and now all that's left is an actual novel. Moral of the story: Don't procrastinate on your stuff! Especially if you like to have free time!
If you like what I write, I try to put out one to two stories a week, so hit that watch button if you crave more! As always, I hope you all have as much fun reading this story as I did writing it. Enjoy!

Great story! I like how you described the shrinking and how the girl unknowingly ate him.

Ah, thank you! I'm pretty terrible when it comes to writing, so it fills me with joy whenever someone likes my projects!
