No, my patrons get posts early but there is no patreon exclusive art. This drawing is just playing with the idea of a vore based Only Fans.

Gosh darn, this is stupendous! You always manage to depict the tinies with just enough detail to capture their plight. I struggle to draw facial expressions so small. The lot of them crowded into the back of that squishy throat, the middle exercising the “every tiny for themself” attitude that will be irrelevant when she shares the same fate (and the same, snug confines) as the others. The pred is as lovely and detailed as always. Awesome coloring, great maw, the hair is awesome and I’m especially fond of the detail you put into that lingerie!

Yeah. I’ll admit, I zoomed in on the high quality image for a good five minutes to get a decent idea as to how to reverse engineer that lingerie. While I think my efforts in scrutiny were somewhat revealing, I think some of “trick” was just that you did an excellent job! The final product is very convincingly realistic! Shevron recently did some awesome lingerie too, and now you. I’m itching to try.

Go for it then! I'm sure you can make some really good looking lingerie too.
If I'm to give any advice, it's to take your time. Making lace in real life is very delicate and time consuming, so I believe the trick to drawing it is to aproach it with the same attention to detail and patience. Also, references are your best friends!
