The selection method is:
-First list candidates are given priority for selection
-If there is more candidates than available slots, I create a random number between 1 and 100 with this page : https://www.random.org
-I select the candidate who, in my candidate list, is at the corresponding place in alphabetical order
-If this candidate has not win before, and if he/she has applied for the current session, he/she is selected.
-I repeat until every slot has a winner.
So, who want to get a Quickie this time?
This time, there was one first list candidate who was automatically selected, so it remained 2 slots for 3 second list candidate. I decided to give the slots to the two who had already tried to enter last week, so the winners are:
