Well, by the tone of things, I'd almost want to imagine if there's a sequel to this story, that it'd be 'what it's like inside Margot?' Along with the likelihood of some implied entrapped/cursed fate for eternity?
And two... Wonder if she'd end up having another 'party', of victims to permanently unbirth? And wonder what her entrapped captives would probably think of all the toys, and things trapped inside her body?

And hindsight a thought for three... What if the 'curse', is sentient. And is devouring/playing with every victim of Margots? Give or take, with an implied desire for absorption, digestion or possibly mind break servitude?

As it stands I don't have plans for a sequel but if inspiration hits I'd explore more with it. Definitely would need to find a new angle to work rather than just semi-reluctantly unbirthing a bunch of people to keep it fresh, exploring the curse itself might be a way to handle that.

And hey, no doubt if you go by a fresh route. I'd still feel that if going less than "day in, reluctant pred" being pushed into another incident. But frankly, some possible fun ideas to do with a still stuck curse. In say, a potential "stage/s of grief" over having to be asexual for life... Or say, that curse becoming more powerful/all consuming, with the possibility of possessing Margot for life.
Assuming, the alternative is the permamently entrapped point of view trying their best to 'escape' from her body... But there's no "cervix", or hole to escape from. Only things/victims being literally pulled "inside" the flesh, that's always tight, and possibly getting tighter... Or if going on an implied horror, a possible 'a LOT' of toys, objects and potentially, later victims being trapped inside the curse.
And this is all before you could if going on a different spin. Have a potential for absorption/digestion, within cursed flesh. In a sort of "half absorbed/integrated" state with some long term victims if they tried their best, or a looming "cabin fever" over there being no 'stimuli', or actual communication. Even through mobile, because odds are the "connection" would be glitched out...
Assuming, said 'connection' doesn't end up instead, talking to a real life curse. That views them as sacrifices/slaves to be entombed forever.

... The alternative is the thought of Margot trying to break the curse; to free her captives. But instead, not only does the curse become more powerful/consuming to her, instinct wise, but her captives become even "more" buried/absorbed by her even stronger curse. But then that'd no doubt spiral to some possible narrative whim, on if Margot get's "forced" into a role. Or worse, she ends up treating that curse as a dark, "imaginary" instinct/friend... That is nigh impossible to satisfy, without dealing with lingering hassle of a lot of missing people reports.
Or say, eventually having a 'flash' of the victims she's unbirthed, before having a gut feeling that their probably "gone" forever... in a possibly implied digestion/absorption lens. Or haunted by nightmares on feeding her cursed vagina, to the extent of becoming a biological "black hole" to some cursed afterlife.

Honestly, thinking back on that tattoo logo. Still can't help but have a stray thought of wanting to imagine Margot feeding her curse, with so many "morsels", that she feels some sort of 'energy rush'...

Honestly, reading back at this. I can't help but imagine if there's a 'sequel' to this story, to a similar tune to "I Want You Inside Me". Margot's belly eventually 'deflates' to base... Unless people are active, in which case, it can 'bloat' a bit. But that said, if going hinted permament entrapment...
Maybe showcase the futile attempts of the occupants/prisoners trapped inside Margot, trying to escape in futility, before descending into a no holds barred orgy, and then trying in vain to try and push 'out' a victim, from being pulled in by some 'hammerspace womb/prison' with no exit or cervix in sight...
Assuming. Again? You don't end up thinking on a plan on "what if Margot indulged in her cursed pussy too hard/much?" Sort of after effect? In body count, and potential cravings?
