The halfway pulled down pants at the end really made this image. I feel that Medusa should have had a bigger gut in the earlier part of the image since she has two full grown women inside her, but it's still great overall.

Thanks! I decided to ignore their real height in this one. (tbh it was supposed to be gorgon, that would explain her height, but her hair are serpents and I don't know what clothes she would wear, then I said fuck it, it's gonna be raider)

Not eating her would be more terryfing. Imagine raider walikng around chaldea constantly reminding eresh that her sis got digested into fat.
