It's Hu Tao having eaten Qiqi, Keqing, and Xiangling. In this part, she has already digested all of them and is proudly burping up their ghosts one by one. Despite being finally outside, they still won't be free from Hu Tao's pranks, as they're already bound to her belly, thigh, and ass fat. They won't be leaving her curves anytime soon.
