Swallowing a human as big as he is is a huge effort for a young bear. Luckily, his mother knows a trick. Pin the meal's knees or feet against something and just walk forward. His reluctant breakfast has no choice but to disappear down his throat.

There will still be some work involved but that can wait until enough it inside for his throat muscles to get a good firm grip.
