As the animals of the Megawild go about their routines, an almost unstoppable force rears its head and shakes up the wilderness once again, its stomach empty and its latest quarry in sight. Their actions and the events that follow create waves that unite an unlikely group of creatures.

Not unless someone else decides to go megalo on the population.
Plus if Fidchell decides to continue the story, I'm pretty sure Little would not let off without punishment.
Much like the police in GTA, Atlas could catch Little by surprise. Laying low won't keep Karma from sticking it to you if Mother Nature sends her mediator to take you out.
