As the woman comes to the realization that she won't get out of the little bear the same way she got in, the other bear is collecting loose bits of clothing at his mother's direction.

Always leave a camp cleaner than when you found it. Especially when you don't want there to be any evidence of what happened there.

I would imagine the massive pile of bear droppings with clothing in it might be considered evidence. That cub doesn’t look too mobile!
