Currently on her umpteenth pregnancy, Megumin has started to get accustomed to the daily ins and outs of getting constantly super pregnant, thanks to the curse of that fertility statue (now safely being magic rune infused glass).

However there's still quirks to carrying around such huge broods that she will never get fully used to. Such as those embarrassing situations where an unborn kid nearly gives her friends massive head trauma with a +2 STR kick, or having to gorge herself into a bellyache in order to feed all those hungry mouths inside. Then of course there's those long sleepless nights where the thumping and rustling of dozens of rambunctious kids in her womb keep her up.

Until Megumin can find a way to fully lift the curse, she can expect to see many more fruitful days like this ahead of her for the time being.
