When you start working with characters the noise starts to get real nasty. Plus deniosibe means you can render with less samples so it’s essential for animation
You can also enable a noise pass in the render layers tab if your in cycles. It adds some more inputs in compositioning that get even better denoising
Also other tip: proportional editing. Its the little target button on the top rigjt of the screen. Try if out
