Trying something a bit different with this YWH, since I had the pose lying around but I couldn't decide whether to make it pregnancy, post-vore, stuffing, etc.
This is my first time advertising these open slots here on the Portal, so here's a brief rundown: Pick a pose, suggest a waifu of your choice, and include some details/dialogue if you want.
I'll pick suggestions based on a variety of factors: (somewhat) canonical, a lot of detail in the suggestion, the character design, etc.

A couple of questions before I post anything and make myself look silly. Is there a price on this, or can I suggest something for free? And am I allowed to suggest OCs?

No price! OCs aren't likely to be picked, so you probably shouldn't suggest them.

Her gut is rather bumpy from struggling of those doll sized faires And she has a rather awkward expression as she is talking with someone over the phone. Turns out that she was in fact NOT meant to eat those faires but instead relocate them to save them.
Well, it wasn't like she planned to eat at first(She was somewhat unclear on instructions she got. She mostly just understood she was meant to get rid of them from the half-abandoned building). She went there intending to just capture them and then feed them to her 'girlfriend' or to someone else later. But those fairies pulled several danegrous pranks on her till she got mad enough and decided to eat them all personally. Now after a lot of trying and being full of bruises from it she finally managed to get the last fairy down only to then get the call from her contractor.
Luckily she managed to avoid saying she ate them as she told her contractor that the job was mostly done... Only to learn rest of instructions she was meant to do. Now she is trying to figure out how to still save the situation to get paid for her trouble and to not to make her contractor angry. All without spitting those fairies out if possible...
Which unfortunatelly means continuing that conversation and not making any suspicious burp. Since it's not just voice call but it has also a video. And burping out a small cloud of sparkly fairy dust would gave her away. She is also silently cursing at herself for putting her phone on that ledge so she could have free hands to dust herself and fix her outfit during the video call. While she was lucky enough that the camera is only getting her bust she now can't just quickly point the camera away from her face if she would feel burp coming. Her nonchalant act of 'absolutely nothing is wrong' could also use some work.

This pose gives me the idea of D.va overdoing it with snacks during playing games. The hands behind head makes her look more relaxed tho so perhaps she haven't even realized just how bloated she is and is just laying there satisfied with another great stream.

I can see Miyamoto Musashi from Fate/Grand Order in that pose after a nice big Udon feast. Alternatively, she could be relaxing after devouring a perfectly cute boy/girl XD
