Always a fan of long tail shenanigans, so upon the first time getting caught in Ouroboros' endless loop, I was very pleasantly surprised that the coils looping through the clouds weren't just for show. Thanks - and happy late birthday!

Okay, I'm in love with these implications. A boss that continually refills your health bar so can never leave their stomach? I'm only slightly familiar with the reference game so I'm curious if this is what actually happens.
Regardless, I love permanent endo so this is a treat!

You only get stuck in Ouroboros's loop once you're caught (one way or another) and your HP hits zero, then you can just let it keep going for as long as you're willing to watch it until you hit a key that exits the animation and you lose a life.
Perma-endo can definitely be fun, though - I'm glad you like!

If you still want an answer, she doesn't actually heal you. Your health hits zero, and she stuffs you inside her vaginal opening (because most preds do in that game), and you see your character go through the many loops of her tail, before your head pops out of her tail end... and she puts you back in to go around again. At that point, the "Press any key to continue" prompt pops up, but you can just watch this happen over and over again.
So, yeah. She doesn't heal you, but she does keep you trapped forever! And you can watch it perpetually. I've been considering trying to make it into a gif if I can find or make a good video. The game has great animations, and is actually fun to play! So I definitely recommend trying it out if you ever get a chance. :D

Excellent shout-out! Never played the game myself, but the vore is top-notch.
I would never ever restart the game if Twilight was the last boss. Heck, I'd probably wind up just letting her grab me.

It really is arguably the best vore-related game out there - solid mechanics, good music, and status-based animation variation! Nice of 'em to include a gallery mode as well.
Also, same, though it'd be great to have some pacifist mode with a timer or something to outlast 'cause I'd feel bad attacking her. Oh well, she'll make sure you have an eternity to apologize as she intentionally keeps you at full health in the case that you do. :P
