35 YEARS OF METROID!
In Dark Samus's search of the galaxy, she comes across a few surviving X-parasites and eventually comes across the remains of an SA-X, the resulting being of Samus's X-parasite infection that used her power suit as a host. Seeing the potential in all of this, Dark Samus takes them all in and uses her Phazon to mend the SA-X, help the parasites multiply, and also to gain control over them. There may be some that try to resist her power over phazon, but if that comes up well... she'll show just who the apex predator is.
A little sketch comic I was able to throw together to introduce the X-parasites and the SA-X into my Dark Samus world. I really enjoyed ModeSeven's take on the SA-X so I'm going to be incorporating that. Considering how fast I put this together, I'm really happy with how it came out.

One day while dark samus is making her army bigger and stronger, the real samus comes out of nowhere and just destroy pretty everything dark samus has built up o3o

Samus is definitely the endgame of my Dark Samus plans, but still want to put out there just how Samus is dealing with Dark Samus's conquest along the way.

I know but just imagine on samus's side, she's just working out so much that when it is time, she just becomes an unstoppable machine of death, like doom slayer o3o

I take it the girls in the tanks are either sa-x clones or victim used as sacrafices for the X parasite reproduction, still jot just asking because curiosity.
