An amazing fun, cute and sexy commission done by Okioppai, who also came up with the title.
The characters involved here are this girl, Okioppai told me she was based on someone, but I am not sure who, and my own character Mark. Both are having some booty related fun.

I do believe the character is from a funny image where Woody & Buzz from Toy Story meets a character that looks like that, and she says it's fine, she's a toy, just like them. At least, that's what she seems to be.
