The winner of last month's poll. Though a bit late, I hope you'll agree it was worth it for this three-part image. The events depicted are from a new alternate Earth setting, where the vast majority of the human population is female (around 90% in most areas of the world) with most of the remainder being fully functional hermaphrodites. Sex determination between the two is hormonal rather than genetic, with both having XX chromosomes and females having female children and hermaphrodites bearing hermaphrodites. Male humans do exist in this world, but are a biological oddity, resulting from a dropped X chromosome for an XO "pairing", like in some stick insects. As “chromosomal disorders” go, this is a fairly common occurrence, with males naturally occurring in about 1 out of every 500 births. Like those stick insects, female humans are capable of reproducing on their own via parthenogenesis. This is actually referenced in the image, with "parth" being slang for the act of initiating parthenogenesis via hormonal control, and "gennies" (singular gennie, pronounced like the name Jenny) being a common term for the clonal daughters born from parthenogenesis.
As an alternate Earth, the inhabitants of this world simply call it Earth, but I've given it the semi-serious codename of "Tribble", because of the reproductive rate of it's people. On this world, the gestation period is much shorter, around a week for a female pregnancy and a month for a hermaphrodite. Additionally, female pregnancies result in a litter of precocial infants, with litter size ranging from three to twenty, and averaging eight. On top of that, female humans are biologically required to get pregnant at least once per month, otherwise they start to experience pain and an assortment of health problems, culminating in eventual death within a year if she does not get pregnant.
On top of this, both females and herms have a very strong sex drive, so casual, even public, sex is extremely common, and in many cultures multiple marriage and/or open relationships are the norm, with some others not even formalizing relationships in such a manner. So, offering sex as a "tip" for a delivery worker would not be seen as overly forward or even that unusual in most places on "Tribble".
Herms, on the other hand, can only become pregnant seasonally, and require another herm to impregnate them. Though they produce sperm year-round, they only ovulate once a year, when they undergo estrus. Additionally, they can go their entire life without bearing any children and not experience any health issues because of that. With herms, single births are the general rule.
There is a good reason for hermaphrodites having a much lower birth rate. Though all sexes have some increased flexibility of their orifices to accommodate the typically massive penises of hermaphrodites, human males and females on this world aren't any more capable of swallowing another creature their own size than a real life human. However, all hermaphrodites undergo a series of changes in their mid to late teens, during which they develop the ability to swallow large objects - sometimes with multiple orifices - experience a sudden increase in metabolism and begin to crave live, especially human, prey. In many regions, as long as certain conditions are met - common examples being that the prey is either willing or a stranger, or that the act of consumption does not take place in public - it is legal and at least somewhat accepted for herms to eat people, purely as a safeguard against overpopulation.

i love the amount of effort you put into this world . though I feel like despite the over population chance not many people would like the legality of herms eating people

There have been times and places in-setting where it was or is illegal, including, but not limited to, the USA in the 1920's (it was outlawed by the prohibition), and Australia ever since it gained independence from Great Britain (incidentally, the Australian continent is one of several islands that had a much lower-than-average population of herms than most regions prior to European colonization).

Do humans have other predators? and how many people do herms eat? Because by my math women can have over 2,400 kids in their life, assuming they start at 15 ad end at 40.

No other predators, unless you count incidents like what occasionally happens IRL with being stupid around large meat-eating animals. Most herms typically eat someone once every two to three days, but about one in a hundred herms are “apex predators” with a massively increased appetite, metabolism and capacity. These individuals are often eat dozens of women in a sitting on a daily basis, and most herms indulge themselves in the occasional “binge”; even the average herm can comfortably fit as many as five or six women in her belly at a time.
However, there are other factors that help keep the population down. Due to being r-strategists, humans on this world generally treat life much more cheaply, and safety precautions for most things tend to be more lax. Similarly, as with preindustrial societies and r-strategist animals, it's expected that some children won't make it to adulthood due to loss from illness or accident. (That being said, even in most places where predation is accepted, it is a crime for a herm to eat children, just viewed more along the lines of pedophilia than murder.)
Also, in the case of women who were parthed (born via parthenogenesis, as stated in the description), if/when they parth their own daughters, such pregnancies are slightly more likely to result in miscarriage or stillbirth of some or all of the litter, with that risk being greater for their own gennies when they grow up, and so on.
Finally, on the note of miscarriage, even if a pregnancy doesn't come to term, it still "resets the countdown" for celibacy syndrome. For that reason, while traditional daily birth control pills were never invented on Tribble, and nor were condoms or diaphragms, abortion pills do exist in modern times and are readily available in most countries, and are effective up to 60 hours after sex or the initiation of parthenogenesis, though a delay of at least an hour is reccomended to ensure the body recognizes pregnancy. A woman who uses such measures to avoid having children for more than a couple years on end would be thought of as strange and/or selfish, but many people recognize that there are times when having a litter would be inconvenient for any number of reasons.
