Hey-Yo everyone! StufferVore here with a commission that I've been working on for a while! Featuring Courtney, who is admittedly one of my favorite girls, so I'm glad to get to draw her again!
Here's a description written by the commissioner:
"Never lose a pokemon battle to Courtney, she will devour you and your pokeballs. Downside is that the pokeballs had the three legendaries of the region, grinning and patting her gut as she enjoyed the three thrashed around in her MASSIVE gut."

Honestly, I think this is the best pic I've seen all day, pokemon prey is a underrated concept and the fact it's a legendary makes it even better then a regular pokemon prey.
Also, Courteney was a lovely choice for a Pred, she's easily the best girl to have come out of the remakes, and from Gen 6 in general.
You just earned yourself a follower, hope there will be a weight gain follow up or at least more legendary eating in the future, I'll be looking forward for more things from you regardless!

This is really good, really like how the lines on the belly look and good shading, it looks soft and I think that fits with your simple drawing style.
The background is really good, my only critique for is it could use a little bit more detail, not too much detail, just a little more to push aspects of it. Like the lava is more of a gooey liquid when you look at pics of it. And some of the rocks in the background look okay, but some of them could use a bit more to it, cuz a few just look like regular shapes.
Other than that, solid work on the background, great job on the foreground, and with the size comparison to the environment, great stuff! ^^

Definitely appreciate the advice as per usual!
I can definitely agree with the background overall, it was my first real dive into a complex background, and inspired me to want to give it a try more often!
I will admit that the lava in particular gave me trouble, so I'm looking to work on that more when I can! As for the rocks, I definitely see what you mean with most of them, but if you mean the ones on the far left that are a slightly different color, that's because it's the Team Magma logo within their base, built around a tunnel, as seen in this card, which I used as reference for the background:

Honestly very fair point lol. I played Emerald personally, and that card still surprised me when I looked up images of Magma's base
