Me personally, I don't really associate the words "kill, dead, murder" with vore. "Digested, absorbed, gurgled" for me have a different meaning and are less violent/malicious.

Exactly... she was innocent, which is what causes the conflict in me.
On the vore side, it adds to the excitement knowing nobody is safe.
But on sentimental/prey side (because I'm a 100% prey), it adds to my sorrowfulness.

Exactly what I figured. However your interacting without disapproval is what created all of this . Which is a really good thing . Many comic writers choose not to get involved in fan conversation. The problem with that is when you don’t get involved fans speculate and make theories that if they don’t come true leads to the fans feeling betrayed or hurt . When a writer does communicate even if it’s simply liking a persons tweet suddenly the fan has a feeling of attachment regardless of the writer disagrees . Interacting with the fan just increased that persons loyalty to the comic . What you did was perfect and you should continue randomly popping up in the comments

Not a fan of mom, but like Rachel, I don’t want to see her get eaten. Unless there is a story where Madison eats them both and is adopted into a better home. It’d be an unnecessary soft reboot, but I’d be interested.
