She's called the 'Tornado of Terror' for a reason...
Felt like drawing Tatsumaki from One Punch Man dressing as Sylph from Monster Girl Quest for Halloween and getting called an airhead by a group of gals, which leads to her dealing with them personally. Will probably draw more of her in the future since last time I did something with her was when I first opened up my gallery a year or two ago.
Wanted to have this done for Halloween but was feeling a bit under the weather and wanted to refine this a bit, so it took longer.
