Dope drawing first of all, and if you don't mind me interjecting here. Perhaps Diane devouring Matrona whole in order to become a stronger giant, but it not going the way she planned as instead of getting stronger she becomes fat.

Forgive me for my ignorance! Okay so Diane eats Matrona whole in an attempt to become a stronger giant. It works in the end since fat = POWER. Now that I think about it. If Diane was to go on and devour Drole whole. She’d then become the undisputed strongest/fattest giant in all the lands.
