The Predator Development Biolabs seek to develop an organic, predatory superweapon. Meet Charlie, one of their best productions. He met the criteria of being vicious, merciless, and gluttonous, but was found to be too difficult to control. So they locked him in Green Sector and now only check in on him to collect samples, hold the occasional experiment, and just generally keep him happy so he doesn't hijack the entire laboratory.
