Super sketchy, self indulgent comic before I go to bed. Depicting me sleeping soundly in bed, then getting mercilessly munched by one of most generic of preds, the Gobblisk.

Came out really sketchy cause I'm back to the dim lightbulb, and drew this in the dark. I just needed to get a quick vore comic out of my system! Maybe I'll have a pleasant vore dream now?

And uh oh, Nibblestitch got spat out too, so she won't be rescuing me... this is a no-escape situation, now my home's an interdimensional monster tummy! ...or maybe these things can digest vampires??

Guess it's goodnight!

This has to be one of the most OP preds I've ever heard of. Sleep as tight as you want there's no stopping these bad boys from biting (or swallowing you whole).

Oh yes - I wanted to have one really OP pred in my arsenal. Dimension-hopping creatures that can overpower most any prey, just mindlessly swallowing them without a thought about it... very dangerous indeed!

Ever had a random idea that pops in your head? I know I have. Just yesterday I have a random idea but I want to see if you know where this is going. There's few shows that a character wants to go to singing competition but can't sing, so they have a tiny person in their mouth and have them sing to make that person as if they were singing. You probably thinking that's is what I'm going with. No, I got something even better. Ventriloquist. Why ventriloquist? Did you know that the name ventriloquist comes from the Latin for "to speak from the stomach". Do you see what I'm going there?

Oh yes, that does lead to some good ideas, another character providing a voice from someone's stomach. I can see a story about this, with prey who lives in a pred's stomach and speaks for them, or something

I'm glad you like it. I haven't finish writing yet. I'm tbinking of either that a friend of a main character want to help her for a talent show, main character make a deal with this person, or maybe had a separate series about the main character that hept the chaacter inside her belly and kept it as a secret, while a character inside her belly tried to escape and get people attention.

Hah, would be funny if it did just start as a favour, but the prey ends up stuck inside the friend's belly and has to keep up some role for them!

Bowyer2

That sounds good. I'm thinking that a friend had a secret project that shrink him/her so that no one knows he/she is inside her belly, but gives her a bloated belly.

Yeah, sounds like it could be an ongoing story - like a forced partnership between pred and prey, on adventures or something

Bowyer2

Posted by Bowyer2 3 years ago Report

I never thought of it as a adventure story. Can you tell me a example?

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 3 years ago Report

I was just picturing like a journey or something, just showing how pred & prey are kind of stuck together like this in whatever situation

Bowyer2

Posted by Bowyer2 3 years ago Report

Oh I see. I'm loving the idea. I thought of drawing the design of these characters, unless you got any ideas of your own.

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 3 years ago Report

You can go ahead, I've already got plenty on my plate, and a few characters I haven't even introduced yet

Bowyer2

Posted by Bowyer2 3 years ago Report

Fair enough. It might take awhile because I have tons of characters as well as redesign few old ones to draw.

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 3 years ago Report

Yeah, I hear you - it's far too easy to fall behind, with so many ideas!

Bowyer2

Posted by Bowyer2 3 years ago Report

Exactly. I got to many ideas both vore and non-vore. One minute I was writing about idea about a student got shrunken down and trapped in sorority try to escape from sorority, and then next, I got another idea about dragoness hunting the princesses in the fairy tale land.

JuniperBerry

Ugh, and me with several unfinished comics here, and dozens of new ones I want to start... and I have a big non-vore art and music project I'm also working on. So easy to get swamped!

Bowyer2

I know, right? I know that we can save them for later and focus on one thing we want, but I have this urge that makes me want to that other thing.

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 3 years ago Report

Ugh, yeah my life story too. New idea or character pops into my head and I want to drop everything to work on them instead!

Oh well, far as I'm concerned, I'll be adding to this gallery for years to come, it'll all get done eventually!

Despite that our brains being a nuisance, it did a good job on giving us ideas for stories, characters, etc. It's a blessing and a curse.

Dang! Creep of a pred there! Nibblestitch had dibs!

JuniperBerry

Oh yes, Gobblisks are greedy things!

Love your Gobblisks, nice snakey design, but with hands for a little grabby and stuffing prey into their, well, gobs XD And, as usual, lovely to see your flailing legs and curling toes slurped up <3

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 3 years ago Report

Thank you! They're simple, but so threatening - most prey can't get away from a Gobblisk, and all they want is to eat you!
...I'm such a sucker for the flailing legs and curling toes. It's just so cute!

Thatangryorc

The simplest designs are often the most effective, and most memorable ^_^

And hell yeah, they are cute indeed <3

JuniperBerry

I find simple-but-effective a bit hard to pull off, trying to conform my style to it; the cute stuff really comes out the best

Ya know it just hit me that you sleep with Nibblestitch. How often do you wake up on your way to someone's belly in that situation? It must be tough being so delicious.

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 3 years ago Report

Well, if only Nibblestitch was real... I have plushies of course, but one day I'm going to get the Nibblestitch plushie made - there's a few companies that make custom plushies.

Being so tasty, you never know when you'll wake up halfway into being her meal!

balanced-guy

Seems I misremembered! THIS was the first time Juniper got swallowed up by a Gobblisk! Would be neat to see you redo this one sometime, like adding in cleaner lines and colour?

Also this quote

'And uh oh, Nibblestitch got spat out too, so she won't be rescuing me... this is a no-escape situation, now my home's an interdimensional monster tummy! ...or maybe these things can digest vampires??'

Quite a terrifying predicament, stuck inside an interdimensional pred as your tight squishy home or churned up into more tail-length for the growing monster!

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 2 years ago Report

Haha, yes! I thought of this one later - right, there's that one with the Gobblisk eating Juniper right out of bed! I didn't think of this comic either, it's kind of a sketchy one, probably should have a redo, yes. But that's what I love about these monsters - so terrifying and inescapable!

balanced-guy

Posted by balanced-guy 2 years ago Report

I mean given the backstory with Nessie and Juniper, it's possible she'd end up loving it inside the monster over time XP. Assuming this one couldn't digest her. That and given Gobblisk's tend to get around, she'd get plenty of new and exciting company, maybe even new blood to try or people to eat herself.

JuniperBerry

Posted by JuniperBerry 2 years ago Report

Mmmm, though I did have it established that a Gobblisk can digest pretty much anyone and anything - though riding around outer space inside one does sound like fun!
