Not sure what this is? Here's a post explaining the series!: https://aryion.com/g4/view/712411
____________
And we're fighting! I pulled a little from several suggestions for our actions thus far, and things are going pretty well! Or at least, we haven't taken any damage yet, we *are* now staring down a very pissed off drake.

There's maybe not a clear "choice" to be made here, but I thought it would be good to stop for your input on tactics now that the scene has changed a bit! The drake is clearly hurting from the damage we and the ranger have been able to dish out so far, but doesn't yet appear critically wounded. Adrea is also confident from knoweldge of the spell that while it isn't completely blind anymore, it's definitely still disoriented and its vision will still be impaired for another few minutes.

(Also probably pretty easy to infer, but since Adrea is aware despite it not being stated in the text: "Rava" is the goddess of summer and the sun)

You can find Adrea’s character sheet here!: https://aryion.com/g4/view/712418

Remember, you can ask any questions about the world (that are relevant to the current chapter) if you think you want/need more information about something! I'll do a 'live' intelligence check before answering if it's something Adrea might know.

| CLOSED - There's either a more recent entry available to read or I've already outlined the next chapter! |

I'd say let's keep up what we're doing. Focus on hitting it with fire magic while we have Shayura’s
blessing, and keep the creature's attention on us. Adrea & the ranger seem to be the only ones really capable of injuring this thing, and we are definitely doing damage.

If it gets dangerously close, or charges us like it appears it's about to, we should obviously do our best to keep dodging out of the way. Adrea seems to have the dexterity to have a good chance of dodging this thing, and the stamina to keep it up for a while. We can probably even take a hit or two if we fail to dodge and still be okay.

Well getting it to change targets doesn't seem to be working anymore. After the damage Adrea has done she seems to be the primary target for the remainder of the fight, and with how fast the drake can move we need a good escape option so that it doesn't eat and run. Our mana is less than half so we don't have enough to waist on warning shots.

If we could have the harpies ready to air lift us out of reach of it's next charge that could keep us in the fight, out of danger, and let Filia help like she wanted without actually putting her in melee combat with the drake, a win win win.

Of course clear it with Klo, and make sure the harpies are out of reach of the drake at all times.

Well, We've got its attention, I'd say we should utilize this as an opportunity. I understand we're in a clearing of sorts, but is there any kind of cover nearby? A big rock or a tree of any sort? The way I see it, this drake is desperate now and is really feeling the effects of our battle and the next time Adrea shoots fire, it'll charge with reckless abandon straight at her. I'd like to utilize that to crash it into something, I'd also like to take SPECIAL CARE to make sure that something isn't our cart. I don't think involving the harpies is a good idea, if any of them get hurt it'll be Adrea's fault.

Nope, unfortunately there's not anything that looks like it would make good cover particularly close to us. We're fighting out in the open on a pretty barren, grassy hill at the moment

Hrmm, it seems to me that we're going to have to rely on our reflexes then. Try to dodge out of the way when it charges, maybe Adrea can divert it to one side of her to increase the odds of a successful dodge by fluttering her robe on one side, like a bullfighters cape! If Adrea manages to evade its charge, go all out with a flame jet to its rear.
