Just discovered the existence of Deva Lompop, a Star Wars bounty hunter who canonically swallows people whole, and of COURSE I had to draw her.
Surprised I haven't seen her brought up in the vore community since she was introduced almost a full year ago in a major comic event.

You know I should have seen that coming they said this characters race just straight up eat people by unhinging their jaws.
Also most people don't bring her up cause no one knowns about her, and also cause not a lot of people are fans that first debut was in star wars high republic, one of kathleen kennedy projects so that kind kills it when you have something related to her.

1. Who really cares whose project it is? There are tons of good authors writing good stuff.
2. Her first appearance was in the Marvel War of the Bounty Hunters comic

I get that but a lot of people tent to just hate on a project with her name to it, to them it really does not matter if they got good writers on it or not. Me I got nothing against, also look it up just to be sure turns out her first appearance one was in the light novel Spark of the Resistance, Bounty hunter one was her first comic appearance, both of us were wrong on that one.

Her species was first in Spark of Resistance, she herself first showed up in War of the Bounty Hunters.

Yeah but her appearance in the High Republic confirms her species do swallow people whole, the zabrak horns just got in the way, so hopefully in the future we see that.

Same i mean technally vore characters in star wars are no strangers, like the hutta swallow people. Jabba did it in his own comics. But hutts are not that appealing so who made this knew what they were doing

Because of the sequels really messing up the canon a bit plus bad writing. It also caused problems when the creators critics were not addressed but insulted. I’m willing to debate whether or not critics should have a higher presence when it comes to art related stuff.

Yeah people have the tendency to paint things with a wide brush so if like “One thing is bad,all things are bad” but I have no interest in those comics because I don’t buy comic books in general but I was just being peanut gallery about why people hate anything involving Kathleen. I was bored so I have no hard feelings nor was I intending to cause any.

I really am hoping they don't try to skip out on the same size with her the next time around, just because its a fetish doesn't mean they have to be freaking censored or some other bs. It's like trying to censor feet just because someone out there has a foot fetish.

Yeah, plus they tease it a LOT in Mission to Disaster but never show anything happening. Hoping her upcoming appearance in Adventures which shows her back during her days as a Nihil shows us something.

TBF I think part of the cutaway in War of the Bounty Hunters was that she bit the guy's head off in this instance which is probably too gory for a Star Wars comic.

well a modern star wars comic. theoretically it could be done, but disney i think would have a freak out if they depicted it in full, in either sense. still i do hope to see more of her. still the way they have been currently depicting the high republic, we could use her as a member of the nihil eating some rookie jedi to remind us that the high republic is not all cooking contests and Rock pilots of ships called the vessel. that the nihil are not jokes and will absolutely devastate people if nothing is done. unlikely they would do that but we can dream a little.

She’s shown to eat people in her first appearance in War of the Bounty Hunters: Jabba the Hutt, but it happens off panel. We get confirmation she swallows them whole in Mission to Disaster but it’s only talked about and not shown. She’s apparently a major villain in the High Republic stuff going forward so we’ll see if we actually see it happen some time

So far she's only eaten one person in the comics, and he's a Zabrak with horns so she can't swallow him entire whole, it's mostly just talked about a lot thus far.

I just found out about this character and she’s a slice of hot perfection. I absolutely love her whole look and it’s actually cannon that she just swallows people for fun. Really hope more people realize this wonderful gal exists.
