The City Guard were sent to hunt the wyvern that had made the nearby mountaintop its home.
Wyverns were pests more than serious dangers. A handful of Guards should be enough.

But this one was different. Stronger. Bigger. It flung its venom from its sting, coating them, blinding them… and it made quick work of them, one after the other…

Wyverns aren't typically my speed, but I swear you could make any monster or monster-guy devouring some stud boys wonderful. :9
