Following the failed assault on the nest, we decided to activate the station’s self-destruct system and use the escape craft to get out of here.

We split into three groups in order to make our escape as fast as possible. The first group would prep the escape craft, the second would gather necessary supplies, while mine and Dr. Yamamoto’s group went to initiate the self-destruct system.

Everything went fine until we had activated the self-destruct, at which point we could hear the Xenomorphs coming for us. We lost Dr. Yamamoto first. The crazy bitch just up and disappeared. From there, they picked us off one by one.

Eventually, it was just me and one of the security guards. For whatever reason, whether he wanted to buy me some time to escape or simply because he preferred to die fighting, he turned around and began to open fire on the Xenomorphs. At that point, I was on my own.

By the time I reached the hangar, I found that the others had already left without us. They abandoned us…

Right now, I’m hiding out in one of the offices. I have no idea what to do now. Even if the Xenomorphs don’t get me, the self-destruct will. The countdown is currently at 27 minutes.

I’m going to upload these logs into the station’s black box. I don’t know if they’ll be of any use to anyone, but maybe they can help prevent Weyland-Yutani from doing something this irresponsibly stupid again. I doubt it, though, knowing them.
