When Nephrite suggested picking up yoga, Peril was initially against it. She got more exercise on the battlefield, catching bounties and slaying monsters than she ever could stretching on rubber mats. The yoga instructor was a foolish, lowly human who spoke in confusing rhymes and smoked too much pot, and Earth was halfway across the galaxy. Not exactly a short flight across the stars!
But as time wore on, Peril grew fond of it. Yoga helped her relax after weeks of exhausting missions, made her go outside more, and let her meet new people. Peril made plenty of friends during class, mostly in Little Homeworld, but some humans weren't a total waste of time. Plus, Peril enjoyed wearing her yoga pants: they were sleek, stylish, and just comfortable to wear!
What Peril doesn't realize, however, is that this is all a ploy; after months of waiting, Nephrite will set her devious scheme into motion: namely, to slap Peril's butt! Rare are the chances where the girlfriends are in the same place; too often, they're busy on missions and have to allot their time together months in advance. Nephrite loves doing yoga with Peril, because they can relax and bond together, but its also the perfect time to prank her girlfriend. Because as much as Nephrite loves Peril, she also loves embarrassing her. Its all in good, honest fun!
So, one day, while Peril waited outside the yoga studio for class to start, Nephrite snuck up behind her. The green Gem tiptoed with care, staying inside Peril's blind spot; without her visor, the bounty hunter was much more exposed. Once she was close enough, Nephrite took a deep breath, reared her arm back, then took a mighty swing...
