Okay look, I'm a rabid Metroid fangirl, and it's frankly surprising I haven't written smutty fanfic of it sooner. Be warned it's probably like 80% Metroid fanfic and only about 20% smut. Also there may be spoilers for Metroid Fusion and Metroid Dread! Metroid and all the characters thereof are owned by Nintendo, I just think Samus is awesome.

While in kinky fantasy I can see that being hot, I don't think Samus would be happy or nonchalant about that, and I love the character too much to write that in an otherwise true to character story. Sorry. You're welcome to imagine what you enjoy though!
Now, an evil villain, or x parasite on the other hand... we've already seen her absorb those permanently with no qualms... I could imagine her getting caught without the suit and having to absorb an X a bit more... intimately.

I LOVED that in the end of Dread, when Raven Beak got deservedly X infected and mutated into a huge monster, and she fried the monster, she didn't go to absorb the X. She didn't even have to think on it. She just obliterated it completely. It was just like "Nope, ew nope, not absorbing any more of YOU. You just get to DIE." It felt SO right to me, as a pred myself. I was already thinking "No, don't absorb it, I don't want any more of that bastard's DNA" and she just blasted it and I was like "YES!"

Looking back on the context. Depending on what lens the absorption is under, to a lens of 'willing prey', not wanting to 'leave' Samus to a fatal/irreversable degree.
It'd probably lead to Samus going all "Fuuuck", in unwanted regret. Alongside angsting on a horror craving/hunger on her being far more say, 'delicious' in spirit, or far more filling to an emotional/memory lens, bleeding over into her 'apex' diet.
While if it were again, willing? Probably being mentally hugged/'brushed' of by her willing 'meal', as she fades/melts into her own being, or 'ego' per say. Along with no doubt, needing a vacation to 'process' WTF? Happened with some priestess that's now an inseperable part of her.
But yeah. It'd probably lead to an at worst; the "spilled bag of power ups" excuse, just to cope yet again.

Okay, caught up on reading this story. And to a rough point, love how the story is told/written, Metroid fanfic wise.
Truth be told, had a 'stray' thought in relation to Metroid fanfiction on my end. Though if I'd honestly do a take on it, would be another matter.

Oh this one was a delight ! The way you wrote Samus is very satisfying, with her being such a skillful badass n all. I'd love to see more stories with her, maybe even some where she gets to indulge more~

Thanks for the lovely comment! I definitely love the way Samus is depicted as a badass in the games. The way she fights with everything she has, even in the face of her worst fears inspires me to do the same through my traumas.
I don't know if I'll be writing more vore fics about her or not. But if the muse hits me right, I will definitely share them!
