Not a fan of disposal, but I have an idea to consider for future audios.
Have you considered using a ballon filled with water and air to add sloshing sounds. Like if the pred is walking, or playing with their belly.
You could try it to see how well it works, propably want a good amount of air, otherwise you might not get a good sound.

I see. I mean, as a voice actress I am trans, but I'm not really sure how to necessarily convey that through audio? Like, whether or not a character is.
