Old story of mine. A dragon spots a human wandering around her hunting ground and swoops down to claim him as her dinner. Much to her surprise, rather than scream and beg for mercy, he helps her eat him. As she feeds, she finds out why he's so compliant

Words cannot describe how beautiful this work is.
The power between life and death and love. It's how I want my life to end.

Thank you. That's so kind. I wrote this years ago, and I wasn't sure whether or not to post it. It's not anything like my other stories. I'm glad I did now. I'm so pleased you liked it.

This is my favorite piece out of all your works, or … I would say one of the most heart-wrenching ones I’ve read about.
The lively digestion part felt akin to a sacrificial ritual and in some way, vore itself is a form of sacrifice, a cruel one indeed but don’t we all love it?
How did you feel like when you wrote this piece?

Thank you so much for asking. I felt sad, because to me this is quite a sad piece. It also feels quite dark. There's light in the darkness though, because the Dragoness has a wonderful time, and he gets to be with his love again.
It taught me a lot about my taste (pun intended) in vore. Writing this piece confirmed to me that I personally like willing prey and non-fatal stories, but enjoy squirms and struggles. To me, vore doesn't have to be cruel, but I understand that some people like it that way.

indeed - within the sadness comes that pondering about life. Well maybe one shouldn't get this deep
For me, the cruelty part was the lil dark-ish fantasy and thank you again for this amazing piece.
