Fuse often relishes in the slowing and failing struggles of whatever unfortunate challenger or inhabitant of whatever star she happens to be invading or visiting at any given moment. It's for the greater good of her empire after all, so their 'noble' sacrifice for their people is quite appreciated, not that the victim will usually ever see it as such.
