Honestly, if going by an "informertial" tier of sketch. I've got a bit of mind over a "Cervical Cap", designed to keep babies (or unbirthed) captives inside one's womb for an extended period of time. So one can have the power and pleasure of being pregnant, "without the hassle of child support".
Also useful for; extended/permament detentions, a personal 'vacation', and even as a sort of maidenly 'prison' for those who enjoy having their senses deprived, to being more bound to their surogate's own heartbeat and bodily functions.
And, it's reversable if one desires. With an extended informertial on if one wants a more permament solution, to go and consult a surgeon who specialises in fusing/sealing the cervix away for "perma pregs".

Oh that reminds me of an old character I had who is an unbirth ninja. She uses specially designed extra strength panties that are inescapable. Honestly, my thoughts were more on the 'cervical cup' as a stealthy alternative to "what if someone pulled out the panties" to try and rescue the prey tucked inside one's sex. And well, a 'stealth guard' to prevent unwilling pregnancies.

Honestly, if going Maternal blouse. I can probably imagine it vary between enabling one to Unbirth (or make the carrying a passenger 'painless') To enabling Breast Vore and digestion, to a 'comforting' standard.
