I really like perment entrapment (or implied permanent entrapment, or just where the prey is sealed inside for a very long time) vore. Wish that there was more art of it. It’s also sort of interesting to picture how the prey gets sustenance when in such a predicament. It can also sort of add to the cheekiness and kinkiness of it, in a way, with the prey relying on the predator to give them things to eat, and having to eat whatever the predator gives them. Be it saliva-soaked food that’s all chewed up, or food coated in other vore-related substances (like vaginal fluids in this pic). Or if the predator basically had the prey live off of whatever their own body makes. Or in fantasy or sci-fi situations, sometimes it can be written off as it being magic or some sort of sci-fi technology giving the trapped prey sustenance.

Well, this is obviously a fantastical scenario right from the start~ An entire non-infant human being should not be able to pass through the female pelvis. So, some artistic licence is required.

As for the logistics of ones' impending 1-year occupancy- I always imagined it'd involve some sort of a semi-hibernation state, something about the chemical environment of that undulating birthcanal, the constant state of half-asphyxia, and the penetrating, choking warmth will eventually take the sweet thing on a long journey into dreamland. This long feverish sleep broken by little moments of consciousness, where he has some time to endlessly realize where he is, and how he cant even tell which way is up- And shake the soreness out of his limbs.

And as for sustenance- could it be no simpler than simply that, oozing, gushy, intensely fishily-flavourful vaginal slosh that suffuses his entire body, coating the entire span of his skin, and finding its way into his throat in massive, globular mouthfuls every time he parts his lips?~ Something about it could be glycemic, not enough to truly live on, but enough to languish in a semi-comatose state for practically forever~

Also a thought of mine is, when you imagine a situation like this with a permanent entrapment, do you also imagine the characters would be immortal so as to make it last "for all eternity"?
