No, she’s actually from an anime/novel series called A Certain Scientific Railgun. Which is more or less a spinoff series of A Certain Magical Index, where she also appears.

Oh, ok. If you look up this channel called called manga room, they dub manga, I've taken main interest in romance ones they do, or maybe that's all they do. And I swear to god, one of them they read has a similar looking girl with eyes and hair, and the same guy that ones hanging in the last one you made as the introvert love interest for the girl.
