I wonder if the existence of reformation within your art universe would make things better or worse for the prey. On one hand, digestion doesn't mean death, but on the other, the pred might take too great a liking to you and make you their permanent snack / sex toy.
Makes me think about Noel and Violet. Would the giant lady have kept the small snack as a permanent pet that doubled as an buttsnack? Just imagine the smol girl being molded into a gutslut over time, only wanting to please her master and do well so that she may receive any sort of a reward.
