The consensus seemed to be generally interested in the opportunity Lenora presented, but there was also a lot of hesitation and interest in knowing more first. So Adrea did a little interrogating on the matter! I didn't originally intend to stop so soon, but given that there's nothing else on the agenda, so to speak, for the current day even though it's only mid afternoon this ended up feeling like the best place to stop for input.
So, now that we've gotten much more information about the hunt, and maybe a bit more insight into Lenora, how do we feel about the offer? Should we go with her? Should we let Miram tag along, or try to dissuade her? And beyond that, what should we do for the rest of the day?

I feel this is the best chance to make sure that one of us get a job/into a guide. Hey, one of us got to be the breadwinner if we're going to live in the city. Regardless, I would accept the offer, and hopefully Miram could learn the bow quickly in the time frame given by Lenora. And learning a bow will be good for the gobbo, given her general size, and ability to sneak about. Perhaps she'll even learn to set up traps when she offically join the guild. Besides that, and possibly joining the mage guild even with that harpy of a woman at the front desk(yes, I know), I'm looking forward for Miram's new clothing tomorrow. It's either that, or the entrance exam for the mage guild or something similar.

Hmm... mmm.... hmmmmmm Yep, that checks out! Accept the offer. For adventure!
The experience would be good for Miram, and even if she doesn't join the guild, the combat training could be very helpful for just the circumstantial battles that seem to crop up wherever Adrea goes.

I’m fine with taking the job but if we get ate by a toad, Lenora is getting beat up >:c Also since we got time and nothin’ planned for the rest of the day, I say we try to find a street gambler! I’m sure Miram knows the tricks to street gambling, so it might be some easy money!

Truly the stakes have never been higher, getting eaten by a big toad is probably one of the least satisfying ways to go in a setting where you could have at least been eaten by a cute girl haha

I concur with what everyone else has said, we should go ahead with the offer with Miriam tagging along, and the bow seems like a suitable starting weapon for her.
In terms of what to do for the rest of the day though... I don't really know? I doubt we'd have time to get any paid work done before having to leave tomorrow, so I guess any kind of recreation around town that doesn't end up costing us too much would be fine. I'm just not sure what that might be.
If we're going to have transport to these farms the following day and won't have to walk, that should be a good opportunity to patch up our backpack & robes. I suppose if all else fails and we can't find anything to do today, we could even get started on that early.

Seems like a reasonable offer, I concur with the group. Bringing Miram along also seems like it'll be a good idea, maybe she'll get some contact XP? Ha. For the rest of the day? It could be a good idea to visit the local library and read up on our quarry, surely they have a book on local fauna and more knowledge on the subject wouldn't hurt.
Also, since we'll be bringing Miram along, maybe it'd be smart to run her through some prep of sorts. Obviously Adrea isn't going to be able to give Miram the type of training she needs to be combat ready, but getting an idea of what she's capable of right now wouldn't be a bad idea. We could see how well she runs, dodges, that sort of thing. We could even find a safe place for her to try out the bow and get some basic practice in, even if thats just learning to hold it. Also, having to fight to keep down Dessa gave me a thought. How well could Miram keep someone down if need be? Adrea could offer to go "down the hatch" so to speak to give Miram an idea of what its like. Miram has been in Adrea's stomach after all, so it'd also be a good way to establish each other as equals. (This is assuming that both Miram is perceptive to the idea and not dangerous for Adrea.)

Actually because of the height difference, Miram wouldn't be able to fit Adrea in her stomach! Miram is more than 2 feet shorter than her and hasn't done any particular training in terms of her capacity, even stretching to her maximum "overstuffed" limit Adrea is still a little too much for her to handle ^^;
